Financial Fraud and Abuse within the organization of the City of Topeka
The Finance Department of the City of Topeka is establishing this web page to allow employees and citizens to report posssible financial fraud and abuse within the organization of the City of Topeka.Upon the report of an issue, the Finance Department is required to do an investigation. The investigation must be documented, including any findings and changes to the City's internal control system. If changes to the internal control system are deemed unnecessary, the reason must be documented.
All of the findings are open to the public except those protected by the Kansas Open Records Rules.
